Raised Panel Router Bits

2 flute, carbide tipped with totally enclosed ball bearing guides. Katana offers five exquisite profiles: a graceful cove curve, classic ogee, the simple and steep Shaker bevel, standard provincial style, and the elegant bevel and radius. Katana router bits feature rounded shoulders, a European Anti-Kickback design which forces shallower initial cut, resulting in smoother entry into stock, which therefore drastically reduces the chance of kickback.

Mitered Door Frame Router Bit

See How-To Video! 2 flute, carbide tipped with totally enclosed ball bearing guide. This versatile router bit creates dramatic rail and stile doors, picture or mirror frames, chair rails, crown moldings or other decorative trim. Combine with any raised panel router bit to create highly decorative raised panel doors that until now have only been available through high end cabinet shops. Use a 1/4" slot cutter to create the slot for the raised panel or a rabbeting bit to make glass panel doors, mirrors or picture frames. The stock is mitered at 45º, glued and biscuit joined to create a sturdy secure joint. This bit is designed to work with 2-13/16" wide stock and a recommended thickness of at least 3/4". Use in a 1/2" table mounted router. For cup hinges, use 1" thick stock (minimum). 1/2" shank.

Stacked Ogee Rail & Stile Router Bits

2 flute, carbide tipped with totally enclosed ball bearing guides. Make perfect rails and stiles easily and quickly with just one bit. Just lower or raise the bit to cut the rail or stile respectively. That’s it! No need to reassemble cutters, remove the bit from your router, or change your table set-up. Undercutter Router Bits

3 flute, carbide tipped with totally enclosed ball bearing guides. Our two undercutters are designed to relieve the back of a 3/4" raised panel with a 1/8" radius or 45° bevel shaped rabbet cut. This reduces the exposed upper panel profile and will let the panel sit flush with the door frame. 1/2" shank.
